Nice relaxation massage and good service, but not good for a remedial massage. I specifically asked for a neck and shoulders massage as I was in pain and was told that it was possible, so I went ahead. Instead, I received an upper body and back massage even though I mentioned again during the session that I need more work on the shoulder region. No questions about where my pain was were asked, just the standard routine massage was done without adjustment to the customer's needs.

Couldn’t wait coming back this place during COVID lockdown!

Booked one day ahead through the website. I came just for lip wax. The place is clean and nice decorated. The woman that excepted me was also very nice but she didn’t do a thorough job and missed few places. Regards the price, maybe it’s the common price in Melbourne but I was charged for 25$ which I’ve found it too expensive.

Highly disappointed with their facial service. They charged me $160 and didn’t use more than 3 products. Even they didn’t do any face mask which is generally there in any facial service. Their website even don’t have any facial listed for more than $100. Even their product didn’t smell nice. Pathetic facial service, stay away.
