Nothing special. Another Bunnings. I would highlight the staff, they are always very helpful and friendly.
Have everything you need for DYI. Staff are very knowledgeable. However, they don't go out of their way to help you by bringing you to the aisle for specific help at times. This extra service sometimes can be given at other Bunnings venues. The venue is clean and well laid out just like all other Bunnings with the usual wide range of products.
The workers need to learn how to do their jobs properly. Approached three different workers to ask where a product was and each one of them pointed towards a direction - would have been helpful IF it wasn't a ginormous warehouse, and MAYBE if I visited there often.
Bloody useless!
I had very poor customer service from a bunnings staff member. He name was Rojar.
Staff definitely were not in a hurry, too busy chatting to each other, was given the wrong advice about how much paint I needed and ran out, ended up having to pay a lot more than I should have
Whatever you want to fix or renovate your home go and have look or buy with Bunnings and if u foody about sausage onion in bread which is grilled and cheap go there and have great experience
I'm only giving this a five-star because of my experience tonight. I went into the tool department to enquire about a specific tool for a specific part. A young man whose name I regret not knowing, went above and beyond to help me find the right tool. In addition to this he pointed in the right direction into saving money as opposed to spending loads of money on a single thing. This young man informed me that he is currently in high school and after school hours he works for Bunnings. In saying that he has definitely lead by example of what customer service should be at Bunnings Broadmeadows. Every other time I have been there the customer service has been below average.
Asil has been mentioned in other reviews. Wow, she is so rude and clearly not made for retail. Might I suggest debt collection instead? Manilo was just as bad. Will never return to this Bunnings again! The staff are so condescending. The only person who fixed the problem after a huge stuff around with equipment hire was Chris.
service quality gets a 5 star, but it has been taken down to 4 as the rest of it was a 3
To the previous review. Maybe you should have taken your mother to get those heavy stones
My mother couldn't locate a trolley and needed a bag of stones for the garden. She couldn't find any trolleys, had to ask where they were, was told that "there should be some around." and then the Staff member walked away. She eventually found a trolley which she had trouble steering and was told by another Staff member, after asking for help steering as she has an injured arm, that it's a rear-wheel drive and that my mother had been steering it wrong. After explaining how it should be done, she was told that she should be able to steer it properly without assistance. After asking yet another Staff member for help to carry the stones to the car, due to her injured arm, she was told that she should've been pulling the trolley instead of pushing it and that if she did that, she would be able to manage on her own. My mother explained that her arm was already in extreme pain due to the effort of trying to steer the trolley without help and after five minutes, a Staff member was finally paged to help. We're usually not the type to complain as we know that everybody can't get instant help the moment it's needed but my mother now has to go and pay for a therapeutic massage and will be in serious pain for a week because she received no help after speaking to three separate Staff members. Most experiences with Bunning's have been nothing short of great in the past but on this occasion, it is nothing short of extremely poor. I'm very disappointed that this is how some people are treated when they visit the store alone.
I needed timber in a particular size.Phoned around, found that Bunnings Broadmeadows was the only store that had plenty of what I needed. Well,so I was told anyway,by staff member Rhys. After driving for almost an hour to this store, they had NONE of what I wanted, not one piece.Hadn't even had it in stock for ages.Couldn't find the staff member in question of course.Told by another staff member that this guy was 'fairly new to the job,so 'maybe' that's why I was told the wrong thing. How is this an excuse? This person actually went and looked at the stock on the shelf while on the phone to me.It doesn't take much intelligence to look at what is in front of you,and see-yes you have it,or no you don't.Hopeless.Bunnings should hire people that will bother to look properly.I don't appreciate the total waste of my time and fuel because of this.
The staff are okay I'm sure with some of them you could ask them for a left handed screw driver and they would look. but most are knowledgable. There's definately not enough staff on the floor though, and the people at the service desk down near the wood are always super rude!!! The garden area of this is amazing though and most people in this department really know what they are doing!!!!
