Excellent product/unbeatable pricing/great variety. Proud family business with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a focus on making sure the customer is satisfied. They arranged delivery/installation (via Eliza Flooring). I chose QLD spotted gum hybrid floorboards to replace drab carpet and they look and feel amazing. Very happy.

I’m in love with my new floors!! It’s completely changed the feel of my home, it’s now much warmer and contemporary (hard to do with an 80’s unit!). The whole process was seamless, from purchasing through to installation. Big props to Daniel for the beautiful workmanship. I shopped around - and this is definitely amazing value for money. Go to the showroom - it’s worth the drive!

I cannot thank the super-awesome team at the timber and flooring clearance centre enough! especially the wonderful Jade for kindly giving me the best genuine friendly service, knowledge, support and advice l have ever experienced. Just had the flooring installed at our house and very happy with the outcome. The team Daniel and Tim have done a great job in transforming the space beautifully and the job is a masterpiece. Couldn’t be happier. Also to shout out to Ben to assist with speeding up the installation appointment, and the great ethic to work under time constraints for the whole team. Thumbs up and cannot go wrong with the team.

The worst flooring place in Melbourne. Staff are INCREDIBLY rude, especially the young woman who announced in front of the whole store 'please come and help these gentleman so they'll leave me alone'. She also has a shocking phone manner, extremely abrupt and extremely short/rude. Zero help whatsoever. STEER CLEAR!

In reply to your reply Alex, not once did I say I was correct in trying to come and pick up on a Sunday. In fact, I apologised on the day, that was not the problem. If you were listening, or perhaps if you rubbed two brain cells together in that inane head of yours, you would have known that the problem was your disgusting attitude. Does that compute? Obscenities were used indirectly about the situation, in regards to your horrible, lazy treatment of a customer who had simply made a mistake as to which day they could pick up flooring. Not once on the phone earlier did you mention this - I remember clearly being hurried off the phone once you told me how long the boards were - you couldn't even spell my name correctly! Check your attitude, your service is despicable, you can't even reply in a civil manner which would suggest you may not understand what has transpired. Is that enough of the story for you and your (hopefully) disillusioned customers? Would you like any more a backstory? Enjoy this, it'll take you long enough to understand this post too, I assume, you might want to bring a cup of coffee to the computer and settle it.

in response to recent review , i also notice the argument that happened. not very good service . they spoke behind customer back as well making fun of them . i dont shop at a place where they talk behind someone back.saw the laminate the other couple bought as well.u get what u pay 4. better to go to nearby bunnings . at least they help u out if u have problem

I brought some laminate flooring from these guys,to install in to my rental unit. Both the product and service when buying from the Timber Flooring Clearance center have been first rate! The product has definitely improved both the value of my unit, and also the rent-ability of it.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our new timber floor made easy!!! My wife & I were blown away with the range of flooring as well as the prices. The staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. As for the installation, through the store we got 3 names, we chose Les, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Les went the extra mile to make sure the flooring fit perfectly & his labor costs were not near as much as we anticipated. Great experience all round. A+++++

This place made shopping for flooring easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I am a classic procrastinator who finds it very difficult to make a decision when it comes to colours. The staff were excellent and guided me through the process. The best thing was they didn't try to sell me the most expensive product in the show room rather one that suited my needs which I appreciated. I would happily purchase from the team here again, and I would suggest going here before getting ripped off by companies with fancy advertising like I have previously. A++

After such a long search for great flooring at a realistic and honest price we were super lucky to come across the team at the Timber Flooring Clearance Centre!!! We didn't expect super quick and friendly service. HOWEVER, they are FANTASTIC!!! When looking for materials like flooring, its very very hard to get the right quality at the right price with brilliant servicewell they have done it!! if you are confused and looking for the right flooring, do yourself a favor and get down to the Timber Flooring Clearance Centre!! We are over the moon happy : ))

Recently bought Oak flooring from here, the experience was all round positive. Great customer service, great price and even let us return some underlay as we decided to hard stick our floors. I would highly recommend using this these guys.

Recently replaced an engineer timber floor (160m2) with their 12mm oak laminate and very happy with the product and service. The product is very decent quality. The finish is perfect and the underlay the guys supplied makes a HUGE difference. they don't use the cheapest they can get but but it's evident they observe quality/performance along with cost. Our flooring wasn't expensive and it wasn't the cheapest but I am very relieved I purchased their product and didn't cheap out. My family will enjoy this floor for years to come.

The only constructive criticism I can make is the older chap needs to chill out and smile a bit. The grouchy personality can easily be misunderstood by customers. Other than that the staff are very helpful and friendly.
