Worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. Beyond regrettable. Keep sidestepping my criticism, won't answer anything, keep creating new Facebook pages to mask bad reviews. Original review: Dangerously disorganised. Terrible customer service. Kicked out 20+ passengers at 1AM after delaying bus repeatedly and then cancelling their overnight Canberra to Melbourne service (9/10/2017). No help organising taxis or hotels (and they wouldn't let us stay on the bus or at the terminal until the next service). Had to chase up refund myself. They won't answer questions about what happened (the bus and driver were both there but apparently weren't allowed to leave). They won't tell me whether other passengers were offered refunds or whether everyone else had to chase them down too. The WiFi didn't even work. I'd give them zero stars if I could. A month on, still no explanation.

Absolutely terrible service. The Canberra to Wagga bus service was very useful for many uni students and commuters wanting to travel daily. I am very disappointed about the way they have carried out this decision. There is now no direct transport link between NSW's largest inland city and our capital city. This is ridiculous. Pull your heads in.

Mistakenly I booked my ticket from canberra to Sydney. But I had to go Sydney airport. And on the way when I realised I didn't choose Sydney airport as a my destination, I requested the driver to drop me on airport, eventually I cried. But he wasn't happy to drop me on or anywhere near that. He only dropped me the Sydney central.
I almost missing my international flight. Only 5 passengers on the bus. Driver easily can drop me any safe place near airport. He didn't show any kindness any humanity.
Just forget about any customer service from greyhound only rules.

Basic facilities, but a warm place to wait in the winter. The convenience store is the only place to get food or drinks in the evening and it's shocking bad for food. The sandwiches look like the kind of thing you'd of expected to see in an old 70's Russian communist cafe I'm sure they could source better! In the day time there would be more options inside the waiting area and locally.

They provide good service. I don't mind travelling by bus.
Easy and cheap. Sometimes as quick as flying. Best thing, it gets you in the CBD (rather than at the airport).
Great location in Canberra, so easy to reach!

The bus was cancelled and I was not told about the cancellation, after waiting for 5 minutes at the bus station we went to ask the desk as there was no one else waiting for the bus and bus driver wasn't there. The guy told us that apparently they called once the week before and left a voicemail on my mobile number. (Either though i didn't actually have a voicemail from them) they didn't even sending me an email or even a text message about it. The person at the desk didn't seem like he cared much.

So we had to wait for an hour for the next bus and we missed our flight - ended up paying over $200 to change our flights.

It's good to have a USB charger, seats are comfortable, generally not too crowded andthe website isn't bad, but the drivers really aren't the friendliest and on-board wifi is a bit difficult to get working. Also it's a bit on the petty side, but having some cups with the drinking fountain would be good.

Was travelling from Canberra to Sydney last Thursday 25th February 2016. The bus broke down after 2 hours in the middle of no where and we had to wait outside in the scorching heat of 37 degrees. After waiting for an hour I hitch hiked with another car travelling to Sydney. The driver told that a bus was behind but i lost patience. It's been 5 days till now and haven't heard from Greyhound regarding this matter. As if nothing happened. I've called them now and told the operator about the issue. Let's see what they come up with. I need a full refund and surely not travelling with Greyhound again.
