Really comprehensive stock, one of the biggest bunnings around and the staff were super nice and knowledgeable.
You go there to buy one item then you see good deal on another item, you return with trolley full of stuff!
Very helpful staff. Handy location
Useless staff at key cutting station unable to identify key type and refused to cut a double sided key.
Had to go to Bunnings Alexandria, where they were able to cut the key.
Great advice, affordable, convenient location (near trains & buses) & good service.
If you find a better price on a stocked item we will beat it by 10 percent
The staff in painting needs to chill out.
Do not be so arrogant. Listen to the questions and what the consumer wants before commenting.
I purchased 2 well made portable garment hanging rails from the Mascot store and later found that an assembly clip was missing from one of the boxes. In an outstanding and generous gesture a completely new garment rail was delivered to my house free of charge on the Sunday morning following my email to the store manager the night before. I was completely amazed by this example of what must be heralded as the very best of true customer service. Bunnings really are committed to looking after those of us who depend on them for a good range of reasonably priced good quality products. Thank you to Matthew Gray for exceptional service.
Good size, has a cafe and a playground. Bourke Street gets busy especially when everyone is leaving work so getting into the car park can take quite a while
Huge store so big that it has a cafe and playground.
There are did classes.
Staff are hard to track down, when you do find them they are knowledgeable.
On the weekends they always have a bbq run by local charities.
Toilets at the back between aisle 32 and 33.
Typical Bunnings store, parking is just enough unless on a really busy weekend.
Sometimes have a cake stall rather then a sausage sizzle.
A good Bunnings, with some great advice from the staff. Could have better parking.
This store has friendly, helpful and expert staff. I visited when having to shop for bathroom fittings and as a non expert I had hardly any clue. The staff approached me -must have seen be looking totally lost- in a friendly manner and guided me through the decision making process without attempting to sell or up-sell anything to me. I did make an effort to visit on a weekday morning - avoiding the "Weekend DIYer" rush and this strategy seems to have paid off. I also noticed that this store is open till late almost every night - I reckon that would also be a good idea to avoid crowds. The shop is also within easy walking distance from Mascot station - so it is easy to get to via public transport. Great store!
