Initially service was great BUT went quickly downhill from there. A quick job took several weeks to complete with me having to chase them up then basically get the brush off with follow ups to get what I paid for. Some staff great yet others were rude and condescending.

Used them for years and bought 2 pcs 2 printers and a laptop etc. Unfortunately the helpful on phone service has gone, and the extra effort they gave in shop has gone with it.

I bought a computer from these guys after many recommendations from others, they are known as the Geeks because of their computer knowledge. I was very happy with the results, the price also included copying and reinstalling software from my old computer, which i did not take advantage of. The price was very competitive as well.
I do not do many reviews, but these guys were worthy of this review.response / report this review
