  Very friendly staff and informative, my only complain is the Campervan we were given was really old and dirty, they shd get rid of these kind of vehicles from their fleet.

  Don't expect a perfect and new car for that price. But if you consider that, this is the company to go with. It is a no-nonsense camper rental. Nice people and very nice little campervans.

  I survived Jucy!
  
  Got an el cheapo for Aud 41 a day. First they do not count for time elapsed but for days so they overcharge one day to start with. The first car did not start immediately and the guy told me it could be because of the battery. Right! 6 days later the starter motor burned and I had to wait 6 hours to get towed back to Brisbane. I got a filthy car in return which leaked from the front window when it started raining. The back bumper had an incident and it was fixed with a rope only. When swapping the car I forgot my flip flops and they were not returned. Good luck for all of you traveling with Jucy as it has been an unexpected adventure. This is not a professional rental company and despite the low rate no value for money.

  Best value car rental we could find in Cairns. Very fair policy's with full to full as standard and zero excess options available at a good price. Friendly staff, flexible return and good quality car. Would definitely use again.

  Hired a small Toyota Corolla for 2 weeks which was 2nd choice as the the 1st vehicle wouldn't start.The 1st night we turned on the front headlights one of the globes where blown as well as the tail light. We rang customers service which was very helpful & booked us into a auto electrician along out route but unfortunately globe wasn't available. After ringing aound tracked globes down & my husband fitted. We keep dockets & were reimbused. Car was pretty rough around the edges & after that we were not real confident of its reliability but in saying that did the job. When we returned vehicle they were apologetic but obviously their service checks need improving greatly.

  Excellent service. Staff member Alana was incredibly efficient, helpful and understanding. We had a stress free fantastic time in Port Douglas because of her and the companies efforts. 👍🏼👌🏼🇦🇺 huge thanks!

  the car we hired was faulty, so we had to bring it back. Took a while while they tested this and found out we needed a different car. When on a short holiday, this is extremely annoying. Set out with new car and every time we stopped it seemed to stall. Rang and were told this was part of the economy measure, but no-one had told us and there was no manual. Asked for as manual, but were told that people steal them so they don't supply them. Car was Fiat Punto. Don't ever hire one. Indicators and windscreen wipers on reverse sides to most car and very confusing. Has some sort of hybrid manual and auto drive. Kept having trouble and had to put in reverse before drive, or it wouldn't go. May have been easier with manual.

  Definitely a budget car hire. The best price for under 25s. Our car definitely wasn't cleaned before we got it dirty ear buds in the door and foods smashed into the carpet.
  
  But the actual reason they only get 2 stars is for the pure frustration that the $3000 bond you have to put down if you buy the insurance out right took 29 days to be refunded and I had to email 3 different people to try and get it back because they didn't put it on hold they actually took the full $3000 out of my credit card!!! Not happy Jan

  The car was fine but the girl behind the desk talked way too much about,,, really nothing with all clients. Took me about an hour and 20 min to get my car and I was number five in line. I asked about how to find a place that I knew was near, she had no idea,,, it was two buildnings away.

  Cars a good but at this station we and many others had to wait for ages because only one of the employees were able to rent out vehicles - wonder what the other ones job was supposed to be.

  We had gained only quite good experience with Juicy., Among the rest, we had a flat tyre to which we had changed. In the workshop of Juicy the broken tyre was repaired and mounted, the reserve wheel came again to the boot and we had to fill nothing, never mind pay. Really first-class car hire.
