  I recently built my second new home. This time a decided to go with Bridgewater due to several factors, Shaun there foreman who is always on the ball & happy to answer questions you have. Most importantly is the trades they use, that is what makes a build. Big thanks to Suzanne Wilson for her strong knowledge in the housing industry in knowing what people are looking for. Alison at reception for her happy go lucky demeanour. Alicia who is on to things if you need to change or ad something you may have missed. The owner Peter is a pleasure is always happy to have a chat & ask is everything going well with the build. The home has turned out amazing & I am very happy. Thank you Bridgewate. 👍😁

  I choose Bridgewater Builders, after reviewing multiple building company's, how i came to this decision, was easy. Right from the start i spoke with Kendall her attitude and approach was fantastic. As i knew i would be starting this project while i worked away remote, so i had limited time face to face, i needed someone that i could work remotely with. Kendall was interested in my ideas of a plan and worked very well with me and my budget. The initial start base price, for what i was aiming to complete to build, was all in my budget, and i knew i could work with this and Kendall, this is all what sold me.
  
  I started this project working with Kendall in mid 2014 and she continued to work with me until mid 2015, to get every detail on paper completed, eg, plans, colors, lighting every detail of the house ready for the build. I thank Kendall, i really could not off achieved this project with out her, full of enthusiasm and ideas to help me along. An excellent person to work with.
  
  I was then handed over to Alison, she would send me the invoices and advise me if there were any changes, the foreman who over seen the job was Shaun, he was excellent, he would ring/email/send regular photos, if there were changes, he really kept me up to speed. During the build I made two site visits, slab and framing then the final on completion.
  
  I was very happy with the build, everything to plan, with very good finishings and the workmanship were of high standards, the plastering, i was very happy with and the painting looked great.
  
  I think Peter you have a fantastic team of people working for you.
  
  I certainly look forward to the next build with Bridgewater Builders.

  Bridgewater Builders completed an investment property for us in early 2015 and we are very happy with the final product. For a project home, the quality of finishes and workmanship are of a high standard and the service received throughout the build and afterwards is excellent. We were also able to change the layout slightly - something some builders don't allow.
  
  I would give 5 stars but we did experience a few hiccups during the initial planning stage. Staff changes inevitably led to miscommunication and slight frustration but we got through it and once the plans were locked in, the house went up so quickly and without any nasty surprises. From breaking ground to handing over the keys, it took about 4 months and that's with a Christmas break. We received progress updates and photos (we are interstate investors) on a regular basis and our emails and phone calls were always answered in a timely manner.
  
  I highly recommend Bridgewater Builders and would certainly use them again if we had to build a new home.

  We built our home with Bridgewater Builders in 2013 & have to say we are so glad we did! We LOVE our new home!! From beginning to end the team were friendly and helpful and still continue with the great service post build. Overall we couldn't be happier with Bridgewater Builders and would certainly build with them again :) Highly recommended!

  My husband and I have recently built our first home with bridgewater builders and I must say a job well done! We couldn't be happier with our well built good quality home. The building process seemed to fly by, with a few hiccups from our lender however the bridgewater team kindly assisted us with the process, as we had never sought out a home loan before. We also had some issues with obtaining land and that being around the same time as our wedding, it was a very stressful time for us. However Andiope never gave up on us, even drove us around until we found what we were looking for. The bridgewater team have a great friendly service with an affordable price, we were so happy to build a brand new home and remain in our budget. We couldn't do this with any of the other building companies in Cairns. And the after service is great! 8 months after completion I am still on the phone to Andiope for advice! We recommend building with bridgewater, if we were to do it all over again bridgewater would definitely be our choice.

  We build our what was to be our dream home with Bridgewater builders,
  what a mistake that was lack of communication, lack of product knowledge, tradesmen with a total disregard for quality. The builder made decisions without consultation, they didn't even follow engineering specifications.
  They were slow to start and even slower to finish it to 11months to get into our home,
  If I can only recommend one thing choose another builder.
