As if its not hard engough for an anxious bride to find her perfect dress without inappropriate comments on their body shape and suggestions of lossing weight before her wedding .if you cared to get to know your clients before judging them you would discover their beauty.will not be back

The staff here are amazing! After a dress disaster they organised a dress for me and was at the shop within a day! Could not thank them enough for helping me so quickly and with the best customer service I have experienced in years!

Been to Bridal House yesterday to buy corset for my wedding gown someone recommend me to go there since they are selling corset, ask the lady if they sale corset and say yes and she went upstairs to get the stock and its only one available and she asked me what is my size, I told her I'm 14D and said to me this will fit perfect for you without giving the chance to touch the item or check. She just went straight to the counter and put right away in the bag. Since I'm very desperate to buy corset I trust her word and pay straight, I'm very happy and say thank you very much you solve my problem, when I reach home I try and it's not fit with me the bust is too big LIAR YOU SCAM me with your good sales talk. Anyway its $40/- only but your KARMA will come one day. What comes around goes around.

SO DISSAPOINTED!
I wouldn't waste my time again.

Come into the store. Get told that we can come through for an appointment and to come back in 45 minutes.

Come back in 45 minutes. Asked to wait for another 20 minutes. Get told that they had somebody who had an earlier wedding date and could no longer cater for us today.

Coming from a different state, I have no other time to come back. I'm disgusted by the way that business is run.

Being an anxious bride I couldn't have been more reassured and at ease with the wonderful staff at Bridal House. I pretty much walked in without any idea of what I wanted, expect a theme, with a realistic budget, and with their patience (after trying each dress at least twice hahaha) and up most professionalism walked out with a gown, veil, and all my brides maid dresses!!! It was fun, yet professional and accommodating. Their variety of great designers on the floor was perfect and they knew each gown so well and how to suit them to my liking. The advice and direction given by the lovely ladies was really at a high and exceptional level, they made a stressful task a easy one. The whole process couldn't have been more easier, once my deposit was paid, the order was sent off and they maintained direct contact via email to help keep me on track with my sizing goal. From start to finish their service and communication was second to none and even sent my bridesmaids dresses individually off to different locations as they weren't in Geelong.

Looking back I can definitely say that I am so thankful to have been recommendation by another bride to check out Bridal House out as a one stop store. My gown really felt like one of kind and the compliments I got on the day were overwhelming, there was not a dry eye in the church, I felt like a REAL princess, as all brides should! My bridesmaids all looked so elegant and the gowns were amazing and even complimented one of my bridesmaid growing baby belly (which we did not expect).

These ladies clearly love what they do and do a fantastic job, above and beyond my expectations. Did not feel like a walking dollar sign. Thanks again Anna and staff you made this lady the most happiest bride. Two thumbs up, Highly Recommended!!
