Not open on weekends and unable to go unless you leave work early. useless
Most usesless branch of the Victorian government. People on the phone don't know what the people in the office are meant to do. It's a total mess that needs to be sorted
Went to do an engine number change, process was real quick with no fuss.
Customer service was not expressive and seem disinterestes upon arrival.
Poor customer service. What kind of privacy breach it is to check the eligibility of your family member for a test. The girl on ticket machine insisted what she told me is right. But I was not satisfied so decided to move to the counter. The very bad part was she went to the counter while I was waiting to tell the gentleman what my query is. Ofcourse, the gentleman did not even try to think about listen to me once. He just refused to give me any information. Then I called Vic roads and got the same information in 3 minutes only. Why it was not a privacy breach then.
An efficient customer service experience with friendly helpful staff.

It would help if there was adequate training provided to accomodate the questions that your customer service representatives may come across during one of their shifts. To attend for a complex deceased estate transfer matter and get some advice was great, but to attend the second time to be informed the process was not correct, not so great. Finally on the third visit to VicRoads to compete the transfer in a timely manner only to be sent away again for once again not receiving 'all' of the correct information is absurd. It is no wonder people find this process so frustrating and loath having to attend and deal with their circumstances generally under lengthy waiting periods. If you want correct advice and fulfil the requirements of your situation my advice would be to not attend and ask customer services advice and rely on the information given. Take the time, research it yourself and if unsure get a friend to nut it out with you. You can not do worse than VicRoads staff whom obviously do not get adequate training to perform their corp function. VicRoads, time to provide some training days to your staff is required.
