I LOVE animals and that's why I love it there!!! They have cats up for adoption and friendly staff. My dog went there as a puppy and she learnt heaps! Good for kids to as they can look at the animals and items and they have quality food and items availableso nothing cheap or nasty. 👍🐴😺🐾🐩🐈🐖🐕🐓🐀🐐🐡🐠🐣🐍🐢🐚🐰🐹🐱🐏 😊

Every spacious store with all your pet needs covered. I really love Animals so I always enjoy visiting this place.

Unfortunately I had to give a star to even write this review, better yet I had to write it on another Pet stock location. I am very disappointed in the new Waurn Ponds store, the service was poor and took a whole 7 minutes for a team member to approach me and 'welcome' me to the store. Nothing of what I was looking for was in stock, and the woman I spoke to couldn't give me an estimate of when it was going to come in. I understand as a new store things will not be there, but you should always have a operative. ALSO as a new store your staff members should be on the ball to create an atmosphere for customers to come back to. Very very disappointed and will not be returning.
