This is a beautiful building. Unfortunately Kathmandu does not use this to their advantage. As a store though it fits the requirements - good range, helpful staff.

DON'T BOTHER ..

I was a regular customer at this store andGave my down jacket for repair on 9th July which I purchased form this store .And they said it will take 4-6 weeks on 12 July I received a cal acknowledging they send it for repair when I didn't got a call after six week I visited the store and they said the staff who handle this matter is off today and we will leave a note and she will cal you on Tuesday but again I didn't get any updates for another 3 week so I visited the store again. And again I got the same response but this time I received a cal in couple of days and they said due to unavailability of raw material it is taking time but now we have got the repair materials so you will get it in 2 week after 2 week I again visited the store and they said we received the wrong repair materials so it will take another 2 week . And I informed them that I was leaving for vacation on 24th sept so I need it before that and they returned it to me after 11 weeks. after 5-6 visits without repair and staff don't even bothered to say sorry for that.. poor service didn't expected form this brand..
