Purchased a custom made refrigeration display unit that was recommended for us in 2014. It was a dud from the start. We must have contacted them at least 6 times in the first year for various reasons. Mainly leaks of some kind. It was continually 'fixed' with silicon. We have had to repaint the floor in the shopfront many times because the water has made the paint lift. It had no covers but then we got offered some foam pieces to hold the cool in. There were no handles to make the opening of the sliding doors easier for customers, had to find some and fit them ourselves from Bunnings after several customers jammed their fingers in it. Now underneath has started to rust through due to the constant leaks. All for $17k. Yes $17! It’s very frustrating to put your trust into a company that seemed professional and end up with a lemon that has never been fixed.
