Erina - Amazing trainer but that’s all the good stuff that I can say about this place.

My wife went through BestWest Care for her carers training and the training was good, however they told us that they would assist in getting a position after the training was over and that they have a 95% rate of placement, especially if she did well, which she did and she really wants to work in this field. They lied. They haven't offered any help at all.

Tutor racially segregating others not good environment for non- caucasian people. Privilege still exists.

Brilliant day full of fun learning and interaction! The lady, Erina was approachable and fabulous, couldn't recommend enough for cpr and manual handling!

Very friendly from the first approach. Very knowledgeable staff, who have worked in the industry. Fast paced learning. Very supportive with both course work and work experience. Had the pleasure to also work for their agency which provided an excellent array of work opportunities. I would not hesitate to recommend them .
