I have using Body Lean (Adonis) protein now for over 12 months and have gone from 96kg down to 85kg and wouldn't go back to any other product, based on the quality of this supplement which has provided me with muscle gain as well as weight loss. The fact Body Lean contains pure ingredients without the nasty fillers that some other proteins available on the market may use, is noticeable, providing a clean but pleasurable taste. Absolutely love this place. Always down there getting all my supplements and have a good chat. Very friendly and comfortable place to go and a world full of knowledge on weight training, weight loss, supplements and eating plan.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and always asked if i need any assistance. Service is top notch and training sessions are awesome.

The thing i love most about bodywork's is the protein. There own brand of protein is top class, as it is very clean/great tasting, not the chemically taste that some other brands have. There are endless different flavors (choc, ice cream, vanilla, coffee, spearmint - my personal flavor)

My suggestion is get down there yourself and experience the greatness yourself. Strongly recommend Bodywork's for any of your bodybuilding/fitness needs.

I've been boxing and doing group fitness classes at Bodyworks for the last 2 years. Anth and Adrienne are so passionate about their line of work and always make training fun, exciting and a challenge. I love that its not like other large gyms. It's small, friendly and they have excellent rapport with their customers! They genuinely care and want to help you achieve your goals.
Thanks so much for all your help along the way and for the gentle nudge every now and then when I've lost motivation.

If you want the right advice and help for your fitness goals Antony is the man.

I have been using his advice and guidance since I was in year 10 at school. He has helped me keep on track with my fitness goals and has always been there whenever I have needed help. He and his team have never gave anything less than a warm welcome and an abundance of knowledge about fitness and supplements when you enter his store.

So if you want great advice, to achieve your fitness goals of looking good and feeling good, but most importantly being welcomed into a store not like the next sale, but instead being welcomed by great people who are always willing to help as much as they can. Antony and his team, at bodyworks Mandurah is the place to go.

Not only are the Bodyworks crew the best trainers in Mandurah but they have the most knowledge on supplements, nutrition and general health. You feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Bodyworks protein is the best protein I have ever tasted. Australian made and not full of fillers. Over 10 years in business and still going strong. Recommend Antony and Adrienne to anyone.
