Best Day Spa in Perth! I've tried quite a few but none take the time and care with their clients like the team at Serene do. Professional and personalised service. There are a number of day spas closer to where I live and work but it's worth driving to Scarborough for the 5 star service you receive.

I had organised for my wife to have a day spa package, talked with Leah about customizing package and was paying in full on the monday afternoon. Got a call monday early afternoon demanding that I come in and pay right now as they have someone else interested in the appointment. I said I'm sorry I cant make it as have a sick kid so will be there tomorrow morning (tuesday) to pay for a saturday appointment. Anna receptionist wanting me to pay with credit card, I said look im sorry this is a suprise and my wife and I share accounts, could you please hold the appointment and I will pay in full in the morning she said okay then I receive another call saying come by 7pm, as I said im sorry I have a sick kid at home and I live past joondalup I will be there in the morning, so Receptionist tells me okay no worries then if anything changes I will call you. Drove down to pay next morning Anna says sorry already booked someone else in!
Spoke with owner as was a bit upset that appointment had been given away after talking with Leah and making a customised package over a few days and for it just to be given away as soon as someone else was interested in the time.
Just the attitude of the owner I wasnt expecting an apology was just pointing out the situation. Got reply from owner said she agrees with what staff handled situation and money is money she has been in business for 20 years and knows what she is doing. Poor customer service and attitude from staff working there. Would highly recommend going else where not worth the money to have staff begrudgingly giving you a massage etc

My fiancee and I came in for the "Retreat for Two" couples package and left feeling both incredibly relaxed and happy with the choice we had made, so I can happily recommend this to other couples looking for a similar day spa treatment. As I also spent a considerable amount of time looking around, I know that this package was good value when compared to similar packages being offered by other day spas around Perth.
