The staff in the front are friendly and professional. Not bad range of glasses. There was a language barrier between myself and the optometrist. This lead to me getting glasses with the incorrect script.

Front desk staff knew more then the doctor!! Experienced welders glare and my vision noticeably worsened a few months after. Got told it was all in my head and that I didn’t need any glasses even though I already had some from before. Went to northam optical and got a great doctor who gave the right script
