Wow! A restaurant with brilliant visual display of tables and chairs and surrounds. The waiters pouring water into your glass. Taking orders in a short no fuss way and the level of professionalism in carrying out and serving the food in a very reasonable amount of time. I don't eat out very much and I'm savage on service, but this place is amazing! I'm certain Gordon Ramsay would have a smile on his face. Well done to Management, Head Chef and Kitchen Staff and Waiters for actually caring about the customers and presenting yourself in this way. It was an experience. Thank you and I will especially come again because of the experience.

Clean, tidy, neat, well presented comfortable rooms. Dinner is always great, breakfast is pretty much the buffet breakfast you'd expect.

This was the third time we have stayed at Best Western Kew. We have family living close by. We thoroughly enjoy the facility with it's lovely dining room and bar and the staff are always so polite and helpful. It is situated in a great little shopping strip in Cotham Road with a couple of good cafes nearby. We live in Ballarat and journey down to Melbourne by train so for us the best thing is the 109 tram from Southern Cross Station to the Glenferrie Road stop!!

One of the best places I've stayed in Melbourne
Super comfortable bed and no noise from outside. Shower is to die for, large shower and head, very modern. Staff were fantastic. Will be back again

Worst experience I've ever had staying at a Hotel. Fawlty Towers of Melbourne. Walking to our room after being out for an hour. Had to argue with a person who had just been checked into our room our key had been deactivated. Added to this it totally ruined the anniversary surprise I had organised in the room for my partner. Notified the hotel staff but they didn't seem too concerned about customer satisfaction or providing any type of five star service. Be very wary if you are considering booking in here.

Really annoyed to be told to get the ice on your own. It's not a motel is it? I think the staff should really understand they need to go the extra mile. Great rooms but the staff really make you feel like they're not there to provide sent service. Made me wonder if I should really recommend it to anyone.
