Conveniently located within walking distance to Spencer Street station with a tram stop out front. Two bedroom suite was spacious with kitchen and two bathrooms. Staff were prompt when attending any problems which turned out to only be flat batteries which were preventing the safe from operating. The biggest disappointment was the noise level from the lounge room A/C which needs repairing although it did function, and the couch is well passed it's prime and needs replacing.

A great hotel. We took the double bed rooms and these came fully equipped even with a washer and dryer amongst all the other standards. Free wifi was good.
We're hoping to stay here again next year!

I've been here a few times over the years, good hotel, reasonable prices. 'Free' WiFi allocation is tiny, and very poor speeds even for the paid connection. Beginning to show it's age, broken window latch, dated TVs.

Very good place for a short stay. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and helpful. Food can be ordered from their restaurant and is delivered to your room. Hotel had a medium sized gym, pool, a spa, and a steam room.

Staff were great but maintenance and upkeep needs attention. Shower door was a problem and mould on the shower door edges looked unsightly. Cleaning of room was not very good. Safe in room also did. Ot work. Rooms was spacious and kitchenette was useful with all the required amenities etc.

Adina hotel northbank is in a super easy location perfect for me attending an event at the convention centre. The staff have been amazing, the room is very tidy. The couch's could be a little more comfortable, and you get some external noise even on the 10th floor. Overall I am very happy and would totally stay again.

The rooms/apartments are a good size, very clean and well looked after. They have everything that you need in the apartment (bed, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities). Good location and helpful staff.

Rooms are fairly clean, all the equipment you need is there, and it's pretty cheap. My room had no view and very little natural light. Other rooms in the hotel might have more, but I'm not sure.

Appreciate the receptionist staff (Indian, male) on duty on 30, 31 March 2017, as he assisted me with skybus arrangement and being understanding of my needs and extending checkout timing

Disappointed with the female receptionist staff (Chinese) on duty on 29 March 2017, as I did not find her as welcoming, although she was helpful by allowing us to check-in early as we arrive Melbourne earlier.

Sound proofing of the apartment is not effective against the sound from the street at night, the impact is reduced as we stay on higher floor (7th Floor), but room facilities is very good and recreation facilities such as spa, sauna, gym and pool are available too.

Great place to stay, short walk to crown casino and southern cross station. Friendly staff. Will go back for sure. Room was modern, neat and tidy ciuld not ask for more

We received a bottle of wine and some chocolates on arrival even thought we said we got married 2 months prior. They also assisted in taking delivered flowers up to our room as a surprise. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff already ready to lend a hand.

Room 201

Great location, good sized room and well appointed with kitchen and laundry facilities.

Large bed but the mattress is too soft for my preference.

Toilet flush occasionally jammed in the open position.

No sound proofing, constant traffic sounds from the street and traffic below. Friday nights has a stream of kebab enthusiasts making it impossible to sleep at 4am.
