Poor servicethe person taking the orders should be reading back the order as my wife ordered a smashed avo and egg and specifically asked for bacon. It came out minus the bacon, then the lady behind the counter came out to inform us that we needed to pay $3 for cold tiny piece of bacon as it wasn't in the ordermy wife did ask for bacon, the lady obviously didn't hear her which is we're the importance of reading back the order comes in.

The food and service don't deserve even a half star. All orders were badly under the required level. Staff are ignorant and rude. I will never be back. Don't waste your money in this branch.

I ordered the avo smash with smoked salmon. Decent amount of salmon but the avo was just a vague spread with the tiniest amount of crumbled feta. Bread was hard as a rock! For the exorbitant price of about $16 I was not impressed! Should be called avo spread and should be half the price. Coffee is average but you can't expect much from a chain like this. Service was okay, nothing special, just adequate I guess. Won't be eating food from here again, total rip off!

Ordered avo mash with salmon and two eggs. $20 later I get dry bread with what I might describe as a one spread of avocado paste, one slither of salmon and two boiled eggs that were meant to be poached rather they were cold and hard. Previously I was a regular customer and breakfast was great. Today 10/6/17 sucks and will not return again. Service was good. Product bad.

My family and I went down for 3 nights to Canberra. On our last day, decided to have a decent cup of coffee and some pancakes. But to my surprise, the coffee and pancakes were too horrible. It was dry and the flavour was indespicable. What a disappointment!!! Even the coffee tasted bad. Will I ever go there again? It's a big NO. Highly recommended? Definitely a NO NO!!! And to add on, the cashier was rude. I think this place requires a major boost in terms of food and not to mention, MOTIVATION.

Was told there would be a 20-25 minute wait on the kitchen after waiting in the line for 20 minutes. Meals didn't come out until 50 minutes after we ordered. Meals where small, not exactly what was on the menu. Some servers were poor and spoke poor English

Good service and nice food. I got the Chai latte and it was delicious, I'd recommend that to anyone that's not looking for coffee.
