Was informed that one more pre-paid left so booked. Was charged full price after the procedure. Complained that we should be informed. The staff said that it was our responsibility to keep tracking even though they sat in front of the computer but we weren't. Do not mind paying as long as informed upfront.
Rip off marketing strategies. Actually, if there is a zero star button. I will definitely choose that option. Will never ever go back.response / report this review -

Unfortunately I was genetically born with corse long black body and facial hair. After more that 20years of shaving i went to waxing which was costly. In June 16 i decided to try laser. The staff at this clinic are friendly, professional and full of knowledge. I now only need body laser every 3 months, little hair grows back and my facial hair requires treatment once a month. I have also tried the Microdernabrasion together with the LED light. The results have been amazing. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff here are very professional, polite, friendly, and accommodating to their clients' needs and schedules. Prices are also very competitive. Technology is up-to-date. Always a great experience. Great location too.

On the whole I have been very happy with Laser Clinics Canberra Centre; I have been going for about 2 years and am just starting to see major hair reduction results. Most of the staff are really friendly and appointments run on time. Would recommend as a convenient (although expensive) hair removal solution.

I haven't been here for 18 months or more but I had terrible service. The staff are under-educated and unhelpful. They're unaware that I'm a beautician and know that half the things they say about the life cycle of hair is wrong (they employ drop-outs from my class at CIT).
I had spent $1970 on their laser hair removal specials (10X underarms, 10X underarm & Brazilian, 10X underarm, Brazilian & full leg). They stupidly set up 3 different accounts for me and their computer system said that I hadn't been there in a year even though I had been coming monthly. They cancelled the treatments I had already paid for (not to mention that the laser doesn't work that well, I'm still hairy).
They also all gave me conflicting information about whether or not the laser was safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I know the correct answer now but I had a different opinion from at least 4 different staff members. They just don't know what they're talking about.
The manager came to see me and told me that her boss would contact me but no one ever contacted me. I wasted almost 2000 dollars on this place. I've had a few of my own customers go here and say that the customer service is appalling but unfortunately they have the cheapest prices.
I have never ever complained about service in my life. This was the first and last time I have ever complained to staff/managers. Just don't go here.response / report this review -

I have been going to Laser Clinics Australia at the Canberra Centre for about a year now and am completely satisfied with the care and advice I receive. Even with any issues, there are managers that take appropriate action and care to deal with them immediately. Any feedback or advice is taken into consideration! The staff is also very friendly! 👍🏼👍🏼

I was really surprised to see such low ratings. I have had three really great treatments, no issues at all. Massive place with really good customer service. I wonder if the happy customers just don't write reviews, only the few disgruntled ones.

Staff can be a bit hit and miss some are friendlier than others however I've always found them to be accommodating with appointment changes and fitting in a last minute session. Overall experience has been good & definitely a massive reduction in unwanted hair thank you.

I've actually found the other reviews a bit surprising. I will admit that I had a not so nice consultant during my first meeting, and the customer service during one to two sessions was so-so. However, those experiences where nothing really to complain about they did the job - just could have been a bit more friendly.
For the large part, I've had pretty efficient and friendly service. There have been quite a few times where I've had to cancel appointments or reschedule, and they have seriously been accommodating and not an issue what so ever. You will get some technicians that are more friendly than others, but that's with any job really. Service has been good so far of the 5 treatments I've had. I would rate it 3.5 but there isn't that optionresponse / report this review
