The books I want are on their website, but not in store. The website search doesn't work well to find what books are in store (postcode search isn't clear).

The staff are friendly. They are really helpful. When ordering a book the staff will look everywhere even overseas supplier's. Also the staff are all very knowledgeable about all book collections and books that are hard to find.

I love visiting this store! I always leave impresed at how fast my orders arrive and how helpful the team are over there. The store itself is also very well presented (although it is in the food court which is an odd place for a book shop).

Downsize and moved to the lower ground floor food court, it still has a competent staff and good shelf suggestions.
