Brilliant Breakfast, awesome coffee, fast and friendly service.
When working it would be easy to have a generic motel breakfast DON'T DO IT.. Bang And Grind breakfast and coffee is the BEST way to start the day.

Really excellent place for Brekky with some great veggie options which can be tricky to find in Cairns so there is something for everyone. Rest assured if you love coffee you won't be disappointed here with lots of options expertly put together and service was very speedy and friendly.

The staff were epic! Coffee was on point (smooth, creamy, strong). The only problem with my coffee was me. I ordered a double shot but should've got a single.
Eggs Benedict was great and I had order envy from my wife's banana split with granola.
Overall a great experience and we will be back!

We ate breakfast at Bang and Grind. I initially thought I would have poached eggs and bacon on some Turkish bread but spotted an almond croissant and that desire overwhelmed me. They offered to toast it, I thought, why not.
I’d never had a toasted almond croissant before but this was a revelation. It was fantastic and made better by a really nice latte.

Chose this cafe after reading the reviews. Didn't have a bad experience but the food was very average. Had ordered a veggie breakfast and it didn't taste like anything. I eat my food religiously, but couldn't get myself to finish it. Even the coffee failed to impress. Wouldn't go back.

The banana split breakfast is deliscous, the other food we had was great. Their iced coffee and flat white were excellent. Highly recommended.

I'm only giving 4 stars because the latte was amazing. So i went back the next morning and tried a mocha, and it tasted like chocolate powder, hot water, and a stale coffee. I coudnt finish it, it was pretty bad. I feel like this is one of those places that "can be good" but the quality depends on the staff member working.
