Service could be better. Lack of staff is a major issue . it is always hard to find someone to help you. Always que at register. Products are value for money.

very poor customer service - asked for a new item from the backroom that was not on display, and the staff on the floor and at the counter both said there's nothing in stock, and argued there is no difference as the particular product we were buying does not come in a box or packaging anyway. When we were about to give up and go to Big W instead, the staff from the backroom brought out the new stock which was surprisingly packaged in a box! The staff were either trained to lie to customers for whatever reason, or they must prefer to recruit staff who are good at lying. Still unsure why it was something worth lying about. Giving 2 stars though, as the product range was better than other places in Canberra. However, this will probably be the last time I will go to this store. Can't wait for Amazon to arrive.

Probably the best range of baby goods in one place in Canberra. Most of the staff are great except for one older lady that I wish I could remember the name of She just gets easily flustered and super annoying on the two occasions that I've had to deal with her. Everything else is great

Great place for all your baby needs. Only wish there was one in North Canberra. Especially worthwhile if you watch out for sales.

Generally good range of products but never enough staff on for assistance with said products. If they increased their staff numbers it'd be much better. When I did get help the male staff member who did help me was great.

We've had mixed experiences with Baby Bunting. Last time I went in I got great service and really good advice from a guy who seemed to really know his stuff. The first time I went with my wife and we couldn't get help to save ourselves. They have a big range and *some* really helpful and knowledgeable staff - you should probably visit on a weekday if you need staff assistance though. Probably worth doing some price comparisons before you buy too.
