The Wye River Holiday Park is clean, tidy and well-maintained and is a nice, quiet place to relax and is only a couple of minutes walk from the beach, the shop and the hotel. If you have children, then it is guaranteed that they will be exhausted by nightfall as there is so much for them to do.

    Great facilities. Beautiful area.
All taps are river water so we drank bottled water.
It was a little muddy after heavy rain.

Great place for kids, super family friendly and really genuine and helpful service.

    We'll definitely be back there.

1 star off as I don't think the price to value is quite there.

Great place to stay overnight if you want a weekend escape to the iconic great ocean road. Clean, cosy and spacious cabins with all basic furnishing provided. Kitchen was all loaded with necessities.
Secure entrance and exit gates and lush green surroundings.

25 min drive to/from the Lorne attractions.

Great park for the kids and beautiful surroundingsbut when you are paying $120 a night for a powered/water site you would expect the water to be drinkable. Or if it's not then put some clear signs on the taps and warn customers when they arrive. I'm suffering now! Showers tend to go hot & cold a lot even when u are the only one showering. Amenities where modern and well cleanedchicken Parma at the pub is winner! Will be back but won't drink the water next time!

My partner wanted to give them a 5 purely because they had a goat but if you're after a quiet hide away on the great ocean road this isn't it. If you like children the place is full of them. If you don't like children the place is still full of them. Friendly staff and fairly clean facilities. Price is a bit exxy compared to other parks near by but it ticks all the other boxes.

Nice quiet location. Beautiful powered sites. New amenities block. Kids love the jumping pillow. Overall a nice place for families to camp for few days.

Tips. Buy your necessary stuffs from Lorne or appolo Bay. There is one general store in front of the park. However, very limited items and limited hours of operation.

As far as holiday parks go it's OK. I get dragged down here every year. Kids love it, but I don't particularly like common facilities. Even though these have been done up. I think you're either a tent person or a cabin person. I'm firmly in the cabin person area.
There's one of those blow up pillows, and some other stuff to keep the kids interested. It gets busy and there is little car parking if you're a visitor. But I guess the owners don't really care if you're visiting, as they are only getting coin from the renters.
There's a shop down the front that can be pricey, and the coffee dude next door opens at strange times. Wye is a bit of a distance from Lorne or Apollo Bay, so be sure to get some supplies prior to coming.
