  It took me 6 visits to have my phone changed. They gave me a staff member who had only just begun working with them and was clearly struggling. They could see that but they didn't help. At no point during my 6 x 1 hr visits did any other staff help this poor man. He was making mistakes (as he is only new) that would affect meeg. He initially ticked customer refused when rhe computer asked him if i wanted to get the free tablet i was offered.

  Thanks Jordan for excellent service with very very very wonderful attitude. I felt like a real real princess. You spoke in a nice and sincerely tone with my husband and I. I am always so excited to come to this store(greattttttt atmosphere),never feel like anyone pushy or try to sell stuff so crazy.LOVE IT.!!!

  Got looked after by Hayden and the service was good, good follow up and great advice. It is very busy here and you will probably have to enter and make an appointment.

  Very helpful. Better than trying to CALL telstra. they solve most issues on the spot but sometimes there can be a bit of a wait as you would expect for a cbd business.
