Most of the outside shops are filled with junk, only good bits outside are the food vans.
Inside stores are better.
Got my PlayStation fixed by a shop in there and haven't had a problem since then with it.
Fruit and veg stalls are good though.

Great traditional market.
You can find all kind of fruits/vegetables, cloths, plants, tools, electronics and all kind of used stuffs.
Also you can get your car inside for 5$/car to make life easiar ..

An amusing experience at best. Sometimes you'll find a gem amongst the rubble. Gourmet popcorn and Nutella coffee on offer from vendors. Filthy toilets. Thick smell of chip fat in the air. Animals holed up in disproportionately small cages and the odd seller-customer brawl on top! (This seller was stupidly trigger happy and looking for an argument over nothing. Seller threatened to stab the customer and his mother. The rest is self explanatory.)

Great place to get cheap clothing and fruit and vegetables. Donuts are awesome. Chop chop is not bad. Pirated video games are cheap. Well worth a visit.

Filthy and rubbish every where. Also charge $1.00 for entry for nothing. No receipt for purchase you make. People may sell the stuff stolen from somewhere. Would not recommend anyone to go there

Disgusting! Rubbish everywhere, they need someone to take care of the grounds. They charge patrons to enter the markets, they're making money off stall holders already but then charge patrons to enter. Could be an awesome market, but no care has been taken.

The Laverton Market is great place to spend your weekend mornings, just to see what's on offer from the traders, or to pick up that hard to find item as you'll never know what you'll find, or just to get yourself a good deal at a good price!

Great place to get plants at a discounted price. Bought a whole bunch of plants and it was no more than 60 dollars. Anywhere else would've costed probably over double the price. Parking is a bit messy and so is traffic getting into the market. We went about 11am. Great selection of food. I don't feel it's the best place to go looking for clothes. Good for kitchen tools and other random items.

This is my Dad's favorite market- he quite often visits here on a Saturday, he has found some great bargains- art deco lamps, artworks and so on-but you got to be in quick and early!!
