The issue with my car was not straight forward and I was kept in the loop and not charged additional for the extra time needed to get to the bottom of it.

Great guys. Only needed a small job done (pulley removed from alternator) and they stopped what they were doing and did it on the spot, for free.

Been using automasters for years, all the other centres were great, recently moved into the area and used this one. Or customer service and really really expensive for what you get. The quoted price is not what you will end up paying

They charged me 195.00 for a general service and 90.00 for a diagnostic check. then said I needed new rotors and break pads in the front of the vehicle and it would be 440 which is extremely overpriced. I got a second opinion and they said the rotors didn't need to be replaced because they were less than a mm off factory standard. But the pads did need replacing and the best ones are 75 max for both pads.. They ended up charging me 345 for the general service and diagnostic check with plenty of other various small fees and 'fixes'getting my brakes done somewhere else. I felt extremely taken advantage of because I am young and female.

Car was great after service. Guys did a great job fixing what I had asked - which is way more than I can say about the dealer's mechanics. I'd recommend them.

I just purchased a vehicle with multiple reciepts from this workshop. Apparently it was "serviced" less than 500ks ago, obviously this didnt include checking or changing spark plugs, transmission fluid or even the ability to check and adjust the ignition timing. Theyve charged various prices for replacing the fuel filter 3 times within 50000ks when they only need replacing once every 80000ks. Ive told the previous owner hes been taken for a ride.

This review is from approximately 18 months ago. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and basic service- stuff that I just didn't have time to sort out myself. Instead of doing ANYTHING I asked they quoted up thousands of dollars worth of repair work that my perfectly driven car apparently needed. A new clutch as well as a heap of other work was required immediately apparently- 18 Months later my car and clutch is working just fine
