Family run business with exceptional service and excellent range of products. I made a number of visits over the course of our renovation and Lyndon offered great advice and entertained my questions and always made time to explain the thinking behind various options of locks and mechanisms. Highly recommend paying a visit to their store for all your door and window hardware.

As a Locksmith and installer we recommend J James Hardware for bespoke handles & fittings in the Eastern Suburbs. They have a wide range of door handles and color finishes , We have found them very helpful for ourselves and our customers that we have recommended to them.

Lyndon stocks a wide range of quality products and was always helpful without ever being pushy. The jars of lollies make this a hardware store even our kids look forward to visiting. I would recommend to anyone doing a renovation project.

I have worked with Terry from J James on a number of projects. She always goes above and beyond to help us source the right products. She always offers excellent suggestions that are well suited to our decorating style. The showroom has an excellent selection and if there is a product we are after that Terry doesn’t stock she has always been able to find it for us. We hope to do many more projects together.

Terry and Lyndon are great at specifying and delivering top quality architectural hardware. Their products come well packaged and are individually labelled, making the installation process a lot easier! I highly recommend their service!

Absolute night mare to deal with.
Was given 3 different stories why my goods didn't arrive as promised.
Never did end up with my goods after a week of trying and 4 visits to the store.
I think "smoke gets in there eyes" and the munchies take over.response / report this review
