We used Brilliance Carpet Cleaning when we recently moved out of our large family home and were in the process of downsizing. It was a big job and Doni was fantastic! Apart from making the fairly old carpets look almost brand new, he had a very friendly and cheerful nature and was easy to deal with. We used his services a month later before moving into our apartment. Although we had issues with the lift being jammed for about half an hour before we could get in, he was still very kind and patient. The carpets again looked virtually brand new when he’d finished. I would recommend Brilliance Carpet Cleaning one hundred per cent!! 👍

Without recommendation off family or friends I rely heavily on reviews to choose a business. At 4.9 stars with almost 400 reviews Brilliance Carpet Cleaning was a no brainer, and let me tell you they didn’t disappoint!
Donny transformed our 23 year old lounge from almost a throwaway to brand new. Excellent value and very professional. I highly recommend Brilliance and will only use them in the future.

Just had my two sofas cleaned by Renato and Donnie and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Totally professional, polite, arrived on time, communication with Brilliance was excellent. Had stains on them from having a house rabbit that forgot occasionally that she was meant to be house trained and now they look brand new. They may cost a bit more but well worth it!

Great job 👌 Lukas was prompt, professional and had excellent attention to detail. Our carpets get super gross from 2 large dogs and 3 fluffy cats but they looked practically brand new and the end! Office staff who helped book in were also super quick to reply to website enquiry and use email to look in a time. Thanks! Will use again.

Amazing service from beginning to end.Had a great feeling from the very first contact with this company and was not let down.Would highly recommended them to friends and family.I had one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable people doing my job by the name of Lukas ,he was an absolute gentleman.on time,friendly and knew his job so well.Everything I asked was answered and done without any of those bad smug looks you get from many other people you employ to do work at your house.I am sure the rest of the workers for this company are all as well trained and pleasantly mannered as Lukas but I know if anyone is able to get him to do their work they will not be disappointed.Once again many thanks to Brilliance Carpet Cleaning.in particular LukasI have already handed out 3 of your business cards.

Excellent service provided by Brilliance. The operator Lucas was punctual and efficient. There were a few stains on the carpet that are no longer there.

Had these guys coming to do our rugs for the second time and can’t recommend enough! Renato was super friendly and very professional and the price was more than reasonable. They did all my rugs and a sofa bed and it does look like new > top service !

yeah was really good and quick, Alex was friendly and he had the biggest car mounted cleaner I have ever seen, all stains are gone thanks to over 100 "C temperature cleaning steam. can recommend

I called up at 8am this morning and they were able to come out today to do it. Alex came out and was very professional and polite. The carpets look amazing and he did it very quickly too. He also didn't mind answering a few questions I asked about his machine either. Will definitely use them again!
