Coffee machine was 'off' even though the coffee sign was outside, well before closing.

The Franchisee Alison needs to pull her head in and treat her staff and customers with a common decency. I was very disgusted by her aggressive behaviour towards myself and her staff member when I raised a concern. I will be addressing this concern with the Retail Food Group

The old woman was rude. What's the point of driving all the way there to try the product only to be told you can't use your vouchers from the Entertainment Book. Obviously letting the Brumby's Franchise down.

Served by a very rude woman who gave me attitude when I asked her not to pay pass. She didn't even know the correct way to insert the card.
