Terrible after sales service. Laine was so rude to both myself and my husband and still has not followed up and returned my phone calls and emails. Also, my car wasn't detailed when I arrived to collect. Stay away.

Excellent people delivering an excellent service. Buying a car can always be stressful and the last thing you need is a pushy salesman. The guys at AVL were always friendly and never pressuring for a sale. The range of cars is terrific and we found exactly the one we were looking for. Would highly recommend. :)

Ben was excellent at following through with physical evidence of every claim he made about the vehicle. He was totally transparent in the transaction which gave me confidence in buying the vehicle sight unseen. Ben did everything he could to make the transaction smooth and I commend him and AVL for their professional handling of this purchase.

I'm giving these guys a big tick- the owner, Laine Cox , wasn't satisfied until I'd got everything I wanted. I'd never bought a car from interstate without seeing it first, but AVL seemed like reputable dealers with top quality luxury stock,so I gave it a go. The delivery process was easy and they made themselves available for all my after sales enquiries.
I keep my eye on their website regularly to see if they have something else tempting in stock for my wife. I look forward to doing business with AVL again soon
