We had initially gone to our local Audi dealership and had a terrible experience, we then enquired on a car and Gary helped us out. The experience we had with him was the complete opposite to the other dealership. He was so friendly and helpful, his communication was great (even when mine wasn’t), he followed me up and answered all questions we had. No ask was too big and he kept us updated the entire time. Upon collecting our car we continued to receive a high level of service from Gary and then the Sales Manager (John from memory), they’re an asset to the team. Gary and the team at Barry Bourke were amazing, we couldn’t fault our experience with them and we will definitely be purchasing any future cars with them/recommending them to our family and friends. Thank you again so much!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my 2017 Q7 service at this dealership. Terribly rude behaviour by staff specially Chloe and Andrew. Serviced my car for which I got 3 different quotes. Didn’t even bother to wash or vacuum my car. And now my tail lights are disabled and bumper light are on instead. Not sure what they did with my car. Brake noises are also there which were not there before. Felt as if I was dealing with bunch of unprofessional, unskilled people. I suggest the owner to look into their staff behaviour and get them to learn how to deal with customers. I felt as if I was driving a $10k car and not a 120k car. Shame on you Audi Barry Bourke. Shame on you. The staff before was better. Maybe they keep rotating the staff. Pathetic Service. Absolutely miserable.

Had very unpleasant experience with Barry Bourke service department. Dealt with Andrew and Chloe. Worst persons to deal with. Very arrogant and disrespectful. No customer service at all despite mistakes from their department. Don’t know why Audi hire these kind of people that you have to deal with after spending fortune on these luxury cars. Paid $1500 for service and received absolutely worst service ever. Sick staff. What a nuisance! Even an illiterate person can deal better than them. Very Very Arrogant people.

We have been to many Audi dealerships trying to find the best sale representative for our purchase. Once we met with Gary Guan
we were happy to settle our purchase at Barry Bourke, as he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was very considerate in his approach.

During our time there, Gary was patient and helpful with what we wanted, he was not pushy like other dealers were and took the time to look into our specific needs, meeting our expectations. With that, we were over the moon and had no excuse to go to any other dealership and signed for our new Q3 sports back that day.

We would never buy another Audi from any other dealership, we highly recommend him if you’re in the market!

Great experience at this dealership provided by John (Sales Manager) and Leng (Service Manager). They took ownership of my issue and were able to resolve really efficiently, despite another dealership being disinterested and the vehicle being purchased elsewhere.
Great ambassadors for Audiwill definitely be servicing my vehicle at this dealership going forward!

I just purchased an Audi Q7 yesterday and I absolutely love it, all the new features are incredible. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I had been looking for some months and over that time Chris Charles, the assistant Sales Manager, helped me with any enquiries and always gave the time, every time I came in to look at another car.
I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and care given through the entire purchase right up to delivery. I was actually overwhelmed by the attention to detail given and so excited to have such a beautiful car!!!
