Seedy scammers
Took my car in for a diagnostic and they didn't even bother to do it.
Just said it was a bomb more or less and tried to sell me one of there cars from the used lot (which was leaking oil and smelt burnt) and was a bomb.
Broke the grille on my Mercedes Benz too and denied doing it (they did break it).
Place is a messy, dodgy, seedy dump with con men running the place.
Guys name is Shady and he lives up to his name

Really disappointing service. Overcharged for things that were never really fixed. When I finally sold them the car for scraps, they kept avoiding transferring my payment. Finally paid me in cash and have never given me the transfer paperwork, despite my repeated calls, visits & requests. Seems very dodgy.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. They ripped me off with some parts for my Mercedes, lied about prices. They gave me unroadworthy parts then somehow charged me more to fix the parts! I would advise anybody to stay away from these people they are cancer to our society.

Paid thousands to fix my car took months and months for them to hand it back unfixed. Over priced and lie about work and parts you have paid for.

My car needed a standard service, so these guys were reasonably priced and prepared to do the work while I went in to the bakery to buy them pies for lunch. Friendly and courteous, they gave me an honest summary of the condition of the car and assessed what will need to be serviced and what will not need attention.

I am now a brand loyal customer for this business.

Great guys. Good prices. I will only be taking my Mercedes here from now on. I had all but written off my car as too expensive to repair after a serious failure in the engine. Not only were they able to fix the engine in a reasonable time, but they did it for a very reasonable price.

I have a great deal of time for the guys at German Star, and I would recommend them to anyone.
