My husband & I purchased a vehicle from Rob at Mornington Toyota & have been so impressed with his service. We live in NSW however were after a car with certain features & whilst we test drove two other cars that fit the bill, the service from Rob gave us the confidence to make the journey to Mornington and purchase from him.
There was a small issue with the car we noticed the day after collecting it and they went above & beyond to have this rectified.
Big thanks to Rob & the team at Mornington Toyota - we would absolutely purchase a car from you again if needed.

My wife and I had the best experience buying our new car from Mornington Toyota. Our salesperson Gary was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Made us feel very relaxed in making our decision to buy. As such, we’ll be going back to buy our second car from Mornington Toyota later in the year. As Gary was not available at the pickup we were upgraded to the Sales Manager Scott and the experience had the same friendly and professional attention. I can highly recommend Mornington Toyota and the proof of that is that we’ll be returning to buy our second vehicle.

Really disappointed after we bought our Kakadu Prado off Scott. His communication through the process was so poor, I understood it was during the lockdown period, but I kept ringing him because the dates kept being put back. He was not calling me or keeping me up to date, he was not open to negotiate price and spoke circles around me as to why he could give me no discount on a towball being fitted prior to delivery due to taxes. Instead he informed me I had to wait until the first service until it was put on and then even using the same service centre he charged me full price. We did receive a gift from Toyota of a small esky and thermos which was delivered to our home while we waited but Scott himself lacked any empathy or communication with us. Most times when I spoke with him, he seemed disinterested in us and our purchase, despite purchasing a top of the range Prado. This was the second new car we bought off Mornington dealership and the first time was fantastic. Now we will never buy a car from this car yard ever again.

I brought my Nan in to buy a car, a very daunting experience at her age. She felt completely overwhelmed by the thought of having to find the right car, but was pleasantly surprise to find the experience fun and exciting. Brent and David are true gentleman. Brent was kind and calm and took the time to make sure she was familiar with the new car and comfortable with her purchase. As we drove away that day she said "wow Brent couldn't have done anymore for me. He did such a good job of making me feel comfortable. Gosh, he gives car salesman a good name".

The team at Mornington Toyota are second to none, I have had the pleasure of owning my FJ cruiser since 2011 and anytime I have needed anything done they have gone above and beyond to help get the job done, they have promptly rectified any issues I have had with the car which I might add due to being a Toyota has been minimal, the service team at both Rosebud and Mornington couldn't be better, I am extremely satisfied both with the sales department and the service department, they simply look after you and treat you with the utmost respect giving you great service at what I consider to be a very fair price. They go through every aspect of the work they have to do explaining in detail prior to the service as to what is required and there is never any surprises when you turn up to pick up your car. Anthony Smith the dealer principal and his sales manager David Lennon are brilliant to do business with, this is no average dealership and I will never go anywhere else to buy or service my Toyota's. Oh what a feeling :-)

Fantastic experience purchasing from Brent Lechte and the team at Mornington Toyota. We had looked at several other dealerships before making our decision. Brent treated us with the utmost care and respect from the initial phone call to us picking up our new Sahara today. Was even introduced to the service team and the owner of the business! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great, smooth, no hassle and special purchasing experience.

Would not reccomend the service team to anyone.
Not only was my handbrake damaged by the service staff and I was told they did not have the "tools or expertise" to fix it but no member of the Toyota team was interested with assisting me with my problem.
Having already purchased the car with after market modifications I was aware that there would be discrepancies with the factory protocol however with no mechanical modifications there is no problem that can't be resolved with common sense. In fact I fixed it myself within 15 minutes of retiring home.

It is evident that all the service team was interested in was trying to extract as much of my money as they could by installing "genuine parts" (despite the vehicle not requiring them) and making the resolution as difficult as possible.

To top it off they removed parts from the vehicle and replaced them with inferior ones without notifying me or returning them.

I left a bond for a yaris and they sold it after some days. They also tried to sell me a yaris from queensland paying the tracking (600 $). They didn't help me they just said see ya have a good day
