Unfortunately, we did not like the cruise at all. The tour (B) was not interesting, the boat was very old and the ticket selling staff was unfriendly.
The guide's good performance deserves 1*.

Terrible customer service, the owner is Rude Aggressive and Abusive. The function manger did not care about my party at all. When I arrived for my private party the boat was dirty, the food was terrible and nothing like the menu described. The chicken chilli had 2 minute noodle in the bottom raw, it was revolving!!! The drinks where warm and the boat arrived late.
We had been told the wrong location which added to the Chaos. On top of all that the toilet was blocked onboard the whole trip. Disgusting!!! Would never recommend this company. The Yarra is beautiful at night and worth the trip, just not with these people. Some of the onboard staff tried very hard to help but the damage was done.

Hi, yesterday we saw on What's on in Melbourne your river cruises advertised from the 5th to the 13th November for $ 10-00.When we got to your office we were told that there was no such deal going, even though we showed them proof of it.We had come from Frankston specially .We were very disappointed that you couldn't honour the deal.That is false advertising and you shouldn't have it on the site

Great views! They have different rides called Cruise A , B , A-B , C and D depending upon which side of the town you want to enjoy. Prices are paid individually which seems pricy $23 each. Cruise A which was good as we enjoyed. If you buy tickets through scoopon they run half price deals for $12 each which is better than paying $23 each. However, they need to mention that its only for one choice of ride i.e, A , B, C , D and we can buy multiple tickets to enjoy other rides of different city sides.

A quick one-hour cruise in Yarra river. Well worth the money especially if you buy tickets through Groupon or Scoopon for half price.

Went on both the 1410 and 1530 pm a and b upstream and downstream cruises yesterday and was a bit apprehensive i must say after reading some of the reviews .
HOWEVER im glad i didnt take them as gospel because i would have missed out on a very enjoyable and informative afternoon with our Captain
The cruises were well worth the price not only for the view but also the witty commentary and please pass on my congrats .
Cheers from the gentleman who has seen the light and moved to Melbourne haha.

Counter staff was friendly and helpful. My family said the captain was entertaining and engaging but I wouldn't know as I was on the aft deck as the inside was blocked by windows and window frames. The co-captain(?)/deckhand(?) was a bit too zealous in terms of health and safety by telling me my head was too close to the low bridges (his actual delivery was very polite) as if anything were to happen, my camera would be the first to go since it was way above my head. But I recognise the trouble he could get in if something happened so I followed his instructions and literally kept my head down .

I had a brilliant cruise with them on two separate occasions: one to Williamstown and one on the 'gardens cruises' up the Yarra River. Commentaries were informative and the boat was clean.
