Excellent customer service!
I ordered a hamper to be sent to Adelaide but it went astray with Australia Post. Australian Gourmet Gifts sent me a replacement hamper which arrived promptly. The original hamper eventually turned up which Australian Gourmet Gifts then said to keep. Double the enjoyment.

I wanted to send my grandmother something that would really lift her spirits this Mother's Day. Living in an aged care home, she isn't allowed to see any of her family. When I discovered Australian Gourmet Gifts, I knew I would be able to find her the perfect gift. And I was right! I ended up choosing the Pure Indulgence Maggie Beer Hamper and my nan was absolutely over the moon with it. All those goodies lasted her ages and she loved that she could share it with (and show it off to) all her friends at the aged care home. Quality products, amazing value for money and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be shopping at Australian Gourmet Gifts again (and again!).

Late delivery for a gift. Have not been able to track the order successfully. Incredibly disappointing.

Phone calls have not been returned.

Thanks for the response! For the record. my calls went unanswered for days. At the point of sale I was told that the gift baskets were not coming from Melbourne. Interesting to note that the gift baskets were dispatched from Melbourne! Incredibly deceptive and misleading. Take some ownership of the issue and step up!

My Son is in Sydney and with Covid this is the first year in 23 years I haven't seen him on his birthday so I sent a gift basket to him so that he knew we were thinking of him. I've come a long way from "don't drink alcohol" to "here's a basket full of Craft beer - enjoy drinking it" - he was thrilled with the gift and opened it while I was on the phone with him, he said it was wrapped beautifully - thanks for making this happen on time for me. We also sent a gift hamper to an unwell employee full of coffee - he was equally thrilled. Thanks Australian Gourmet I will use again - Heather
