They are very dodgy. I once went to inspect an apartment which I wanted to rent. Apparently for some reason this apartment was not available for viewing. However they showed me another apartment in the same block which they told me was exactly the same as the one I was interested in. So I signed I lease for that other apartment which I did not inspect. I go to move in and was hit with a terrible smell as soon as I opened the door. The carpet had a very strong odour which took me a lot of time and effort to remove. I probably spent a good $40 on carpet cleaners. Now I know why they did not show it to me. Very dodgy. Now I really regret for not saying anything about it to them as it was too late once the smell was gone.
