This is a noisy and not well maintained property although its location is reasonable.I have paid $2,000 for one week rent of appartment 30.

Today a noisy wall cleaning machinery started working outside my windows from 7.00 AM. This woke me and my guests up - not the best way to start holiday day. As my window was open some water came into the room and required major cleanup and drying.

I spoke with young man operating the machinery but he refused to stop it. Now it is 8.30 AM and the noise is still unbearable. Also property manager could not assist.

Location is great, up 4 mile beach end of Macrossan st with the choice of 2 swimming pools and 2 BBQ's the facilities are excellent, the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and very clean with all you need included to self carter.
