  After looking for months for a home to suit our family, with many different agents who weren’t very efficient, most not following up or making it all seem to hard. Nothing was too much trouble for Shannon, listening and understanding what things were important to our family and he was able to show us a property that we would not have previously considered, but after taking us through the property, with his knowledge of the area, and because he was understanding of what we needed, we quickly realised this was going to be our perfect property. If you are looking for an agent that’s more personalised, an agent that isn’t trying to just sell you what they have on their listings, that is trying to find you what is best for you, then we highly recommend Shannon and his team at Smith and Co.

  We met Shannon from Smith & Co at a home viewing and agreed for him to inspect our property with a view to listing on our behalf. Meanwhile our son had arranged for a highly regarded successful salesperson from a large National company to talk to us as well. We decided to give the small local company a go, I know it sounds corny, but Smith and Co do stuff in our community like deliver goods and medicines during these Covid times, that was enough for us! We figured that if they could not sell our property in three months we would take it on the chin reset and go with the big boys however we trusted our assessment of Shannon from Smith &Co and were prepared for any outcome. What happened next was remarkable Smith & Co sold our property before the ink dried on our agreement, in fact it took two days. All parties were happy with this outcome it was fair for all! Meeting other members of Smith & Co including the most talented Samantha and other family members like Mason the photographer and others was a real social bonus for us and a bit of fun. Smith & Co are good honest people…10 from 10
