  Cairns Sharehouse is by far the best place to stay in Cairns (even if you are just staying a couple of weeks!!). The quality of living is so much more than the hostel life and it is cheaper than the hostel. They also have the cleanest houses I have seen and people are always there to help if something is not working. Not-to-mention the staff are amazing! They have made my stay in Cairns so amazing because of their kindness and clear care for their guests. Thanks a million!

  It will be a year of staying at 8 Lady Loeven with no issues as a student. The the team is very accomodating and hospitable. The property is walking distance to the mall and the head office. They are very responsive to emails should you have any issues. The cultural exchange is fun meeting women from different parts of the world. This is an all female resident so I highly recommend for female students and working class females whether you stay long or short term.

  Really nice people. Great apartments. Friendly folk. Not too messy but the residents like to have fun. I've stayed here twice for a number of months. Really enjoyed it.

  Stayed here whilst I worked in Cairns for 4 months. Great backpacker vibe in the accommodation for travellers who work. It was pretty straight forward and flexible the contract. Also any issues Phil (Owner) would be round to fix them. Thanks.

  I stayed at the Martyn st apartments, I'm a student and the apartment was nice and quiet and good for me to study. The apartment was 10 minutes walk to hospital. The distance into the CBD was ok to walk about 15 minutes or little more, though I would highly recommend a bicycle or car to get around for daily travel especially in Summer. Staff were very attentive and helped with any questions I had about the apartment and Cairns in general. only qualm about the accommodation was there was only 2 washing machines and one drier for an apartment of potentially 36 occupants not including guests, though I did my washing late at night anyway, machine took over 1.25 hours to wash. I got a nice student discount per week/rent.

  I LOVE THIS PLACE- BEST FEW MONTHS OF MY LIFE!! It's a must if you are in Cairns, no stress or worry about finding a place that's going to be safe, clean and friendly.
  Awesome people - that have become life long friends.
  Great value for money.
  I can honestly recommend it!
