The women are always mean. First three times I went there I was friendly and polite and each time it got treated poorly by the staff. Note to self, I should tell my family members to make sure they address my mail to my full name shown on my licence and not the short version of my name even though I had the postal delivery slip, my licence AND mail addressed to my shortened name as well as my longer name (which are almost exactly the same). Also don't ever take longer than 2 seconds to get your ID out of your wallet as that also makes them angry. Horrrrrrible 😬

Very convenient location with good parking. The shop is clean and well stocked, unlike some other post offices around. Whenever I've been there the staff have been very helpful and know their products and services well. The guy there is very polite and friendly, in spite of a very rude customer that I saw him deal with.

Bewareof taking a passport photos at Wheelers Hill post office, they don't have the facilities to show you the photo before it's printed. If your not happy with the one photo that is taken then too bad your asked to pay another $16.95 for another Photo.
Yes this happened to me and the "owner" Karen was the person who assisted me. I now know why it's the quietest Post Office around.
