The worst service at any dealership I have ever been too, they failed to carry out the inspection that I requested, then took 2 weeks and several emails and phone calls from me chasing them to finally ring me back and admit they "forgot" to do what I asked. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't provide one. Be careful!!!

Do not come here. Waited over 50mins just to get into the dealer for a scheduled service and then the so called shuttle bus took over 20mins.

Really really disappointed. Found a new SQ5 and made an offer which was not accepted. Once I had showed interest I had nothing but aggressive hassle from the sales person who shall remain nameless. I received excessive and aggressive texts which included bad language.
All because apparently he had 'invested a lot of work on me'??!
Car sales people have a terrible reputation and this guy did nothing to turn that perception around. Disgrace!!
I will say I complained to his boss who tried to call me once but that was the end of it. Poor form audi.

Found an 2012 A8 from this dealership, come and inspection and value my car to trade in, 1 of sale man seem like not very happy, he asked me ( will you doing anything today or next month after value my 2014 is250 ), he made me feel like come to ask for fun and go. After take a look, told me call back for the result and not see anything, call back to the dealer 2 times also told me call back and still no response

Dealing with this business has been an appalling experience. Service is non-existent and disjointed. Quality of responses is low. I find it amazing how an apparently successful business can be run so, so poorly. My guess is they won't be a successful business for too long if they keep this up. I love my Audi's but would consider buying a different car than have to deal with these people. WOW..!!

I visited Audi Artarmon purely because of the proximity factor to my residence. I was pre-booked for a test-drive. Sean did a fantastic job in taking us through the right routes on the test drive so as to test various modes of the engine and the adaptive suspension. He was patient in taking us through multiple test drives (I wanted to know the differences in the ride quality in a 1.4L vs 2.0L). I was quite specific about the demo car (specs and options) and was happy that Ari and Sean could find one for me. The experience was great and would recommend anyone to try Audi Artarmon (ask for Sean/Ari) to buy their Audi. Was also a delight to have a received a gift hamper a week later - great gesture.

What a pleasant surprise visiting the Audi Alto Artarmon Showroom this month compared to my last visit some years ago. I had been greeted by Sean Claighen who provided the car I had been seeking. Dealing with Sean had been a pleasure from the time of placing the order to delivery. All of the Alto staff who had been involved with the transaction had been very helpful and friendly, well done.

Amazing customer service from Ethan Henshaw. He went out of his way to demonstrate the vehicle at a time and place suitable to me, he had extensive product knowledge and best of all he kept me up to date with my new car's progress through compliance, transport and delivery. It is my first Audi and I am very impressed with the service!

Outrageous! The alto audi artarmon took 3 months for a repair. the panel shop promised me to provide prompt update, but that never happened and I had to follow up every single day.
Here is the fun part, a ready to pick-up SMS sent to me at 1pm on 15/12/16, and I got there at 4.30pm. Invoice checked and paid, but then gent told me that my car still needs some buffing. What? Why would you waste my time to come here and just paying for the invoice?
To make it even worse, the gent offered me a complimentary vehicle for the trouble. Regardless the complimentary vehicle is no where near mine, it's dirty and smelly, I nearly vomited when I get home.

**Continued:
Audi Alto Artarmon promised me many time on the call that all wheel been reinstalled would be wheel-balanced. Right after I took my car from Audi Alto Artarmon, I drove on highway and guess what, the car vibrated so bad!
So I took the car a nearby wheel specialist, got the wheel balance done, drove on highway, the vibration has gone! the mechanic from the wheel specialist told me he has made a bit adjustment to have wheel properly balanced

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the first minute. Nathan, Ari and Shaun the sales manager really cared about my new car purchase and went above and beyond to earn my business.

By the end of the whole process it did not even feel like a transaction. That is how well these professionals conducted themselves! Couldnt be happier with my new RS3 guys, thank you!

Highly recommend this dealership to anyone including close friends and family. PS Speak to Nathan, he does the best deals!
