DONT DO IT! DONT BUY FROM HERE! Bought a car late October, broke down on the way home, it’s been in & out of the mechanics since I bought it. They’re bodgey AF! Fraudulent blue & pink slips supplied with unroadworthy dangerous cars! I’ve already lodged a case with NCAT & if you’ve been burnt I suggest you bypass fair trading & take the b@stards straight to Court.

Great experience with Danny and Jackie from Western City Autos, got a fantastic deal on a second hand Ford. Drove it home and noticed it had a small odd hum, brought it back a few days later and they fixed it on the spot no questions.

Went to buy a car for my son and experienced a lot of pressure from pushy salesmen who tried to sell over priced vehicles. Finally found a young salesman named Charlie who is not only honest and knowledgeable from Western City Autos but who assisted us with all of our questions without being the typical pushy salesman. We purchased and have had no issues whatsoever. Only negative

GUYS BE CAREFULL WHO YOU BUY A CAR FROM, To be honest This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to I was going to buy a car from them on finance and they ask me to pay a deposits to get approved for finance and they told me that I got approved but never gave me a paper work that shows that I got approved they only told me without any sort of paper work, beacuse every dealership that you go to they give you a copy that it says you have been approved to get a car on finance, they never gave me a copy of my approved paper work and they charged me with a deposit which they didn’t give my deposit back and I wasn’t happy with their service seriously, THIS ISNT HOW YOU KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS! I WIIL NOT GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! ⚠️ We brought a Holden Cruze 2011 car and within the first week the car broke down and it needed a brand new engine and turbo costing us an extra ($3780). "EMPIRE AUTOS" at car city has the worst customer service and also VERY DODGY. Once the car was sold to us and it broke down and we tried contacting them it's like they didn't care about us anymore. Before buying a used car get it professionally check but not by them. They're liars and will do anything to sell you something! Be aware ⚠️

Highly recommend Richard Dissington at "mates rates" Very relaxed and friendly to talk with. Best of all when i went back with a few concerns they were fixed promptly and without any fuss. Its good to find a second hand dealer that has nice cars, good price qnd honest people

Parking is available but there isin't heaps so get in early.
I found that the dealers that had cars I liked, didn't want to talk and the dealers that had a poor inventory wouldn't leave me alone. In saying that, there sales yard in the north western corner were very helpful and friendly so there were some good ones.
There is a cafe and playground which makes the process a little easier and the ground it mostly flat so it's not a difficult walk.
Overall a positive experience however purchased another car privately.
Make sure you ask for a warranty when you purchase a vehicle, some offer it and others don't.response / report this review -

Thousands of used vehicles sold by many resellers in one place.. Highly recommended to go with a person who know about the vehicles and do a proper test drive and inspection before purchased. Check vehicle service history too.

I was at western autos in carcity where i had the worst experience of my life. Please be careful while dealing with them. Dont pay if they tell its for loan approval and all. I ended up cancelling it and loosing money. And later the guy was rude in behaving too.

Recently purchased a car from western city autos,The salesman nick was helpful & friendly not to pushy. One the day of collection I asked for the log books he couldn't find them & am still waiting for him to call. I must say his attitude did change once the deal was done. Car was delivered almost empty drove to the nearest service station,upon filling the car I lifted the bonnet to check things out,coolant was low as was brake fluid but the worst of all was it took 4 and a half litres of oil,thankfully was only driven a very short distance,There 50 point safety check they did if at all nearly cost me a engine.If you buy a car from them check the oil before you leave Don't rely on them or there so called checks.
