Woke up this morning with a flat tyre, found a screw in the wheel. Managed to hand pump some air in and hobble to Beaurepaires. The guys were busy but quickly repaired the hole and got me on my way. Whats more they didn't even charge me for it! Can't ask anymore than that. Awesome service. I will definitely be going back when its time for new tyres!

I bought a set of Dunlop tyres for my front nearly three weeks ago. After three days, I washed my car and noticed some scratches under the side skirt. When I looked under, I saw both of the jacking ribs were crushed from the middle towards the front. I remember while I was waiting in their office, I saw my car reversing out of the bay and heard my tyres squeek and a loud noise slammed on the ground.When I called and told him about the damaged Bill who worked on my car asked me to bring the car back.After a few minutes looking under my car, he claimed that he was very careful and denied responsibility about the damaged. When I asked him why the tyres squeek, he said that he has to use force to get out of the ramp.When I asked for the manager, he just took my contact no. and the manager will call me..Until now, I never get a call or I don't know if the manager exist.I took my car to a local mechanic and he can tell that my car was jacked at the wrong point.Very dissapointed and I had the same feeling with people who had a bad experienced from Beaurepaires Annandale.I will never come back to any Beaurepaires shop as I dont need careless people to work on my Lexus car.
