I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. There is no service, if you have a problem you are on your own. Don't even think of arriving after 6:00 as there is no one to be found (in fact also before 6:00). And the management is a scandal. After allowing me to cut my visit short by one night, upon checkout I realized they charged me for the extra night I that did not stay. No establishment of minimum integrity will behave like this. Stay away from this place. There are plenty of nice places in Port Douglas with helpful and honorable management. But this place is not one of then.

Top place to stay, the people who own and run the park are wonderful people and are more then happy to have a chat with you, the room we stayed in was very clean (better then what we expected) and room to move as well, they may call it budget but it is far from it.
The pool was a nice little treat after a long day of driving, I am more then happy to recommend this place to anyone who is heading up that way and myself and my wife will be more then happy to stay there again on another trip up north.
