Older but spacious and well appointed. Close to Means Street ferry direct to Perth CBD. Clean with kitchenette and laundry facilities. Close to good restaurants.

Reception opens late and closes early meaning we were locked in when we tried to get our flight at 6am and had to climb over a fence with a large suitcase.
They only do "light cleans" aka no cleaning while you stay so don't expect them to make the bed or wipe surfaces etc.
Extremely noisy due to road being right next to accommodation. The rooms themselves were fine: a little bit drab and dark relative to the price.

Clean and spacious serviced apartment, good for group of 6 people. Complete sets of kitchen utensils provided. Location is just strategic, 3km to the city. Reasonably priced.

reasonable clean apartment. arrive late and made prior arrangement to collect my keys for check-in. location is good as its near the zoo, if you so prefer, and not that near the city whereby the traffic is alot heavier.
