Staff were amazing throughout the whole stay. My room was spacious, clean and tidy and had great views. I also ate at Sen5es restaurant. The food was fantastic and the staff - Francesca and Jeff were very attentive, friendly and a real asset to the restaurant.

Good: Friendly people throughout the hotel. Nice clean room.
Not so good: Bed was not great and high parking cost is quite disappointing for a paying guest.
Bonus: It's very handy to have Fenian's Bar next door. Again good staff.response / report this review -

Overall it was a happy stay at Novotel Perth Langley. Room was clean, comfortable and hotel staffs were very helpful. Few days before I reached, I requested a king size bed room for my 21 months toddlers to be able to sleep between me and my husband, it was wonderful that the next day hotel come back and confirmed a king size bed for me. Besides, I would like to mention that the hotel restaurant also served delicious food, we had tried few dinners and one lunch here and every time it did not disappoint us. The chef even accommodated to my special vegetarian requests and make me a excellent cheesy pasta with different type of fresh vegetables. I was enjoyable with my stay here.

This is my 3rd time at the hotel and the service just keeps getting better. I am a tough marker when it comes to service however I could not fault the staff. The breakfast crew in the restaurant were outstanding and really made me feel valued. They were attentive and friendly and made sure that I was greeted on entry and farewelled as I left. Well done Novotel Perth

We were made very welcomed by the first contact. The Junior Suite was lovely very spacious with breath taking views and a spa. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our Anniversary.
After enjoying the spa we were relaxing in the large living area when we had a knock on the door to our surprise a staff member was standing there with a bottle of wine and chocolate cake wishing us a happy anniversary. This made our weekend to think that a large corporation like that would think of doing such a nice thing. Other hotels we have stayed at have always charged us for the little extras we have never been given complementary wine before so thank you Novotel . As we booked out with a lovely late checkout time we were surprised once again to be given free parking which was going to cost us $15-00.
These little extras make people feel important. The Novotel overall was lovely with staff that were very attentive and helpful.response / report this review -

From check in to check out cannot find one area for improvement. The room upgrade was fantastic - first time in WA so loved the river view. The room was perfect - large comfortable. I loved the bath. The service was fantastic - all staff friendly, professional and listened to us. Breakfast in buffet was awesome - so much choice and the pastries from France were an added touch. Also liked the Irish Pub as part of Novotel - I liked the choice of Irish Pub food and entertainment to the intimacy and fine dining of Senses. Service very quick. Overall great 4 night stay.

The conference room was a good size but there were electronic issues. As such the audio didn't connect to the equipment. I also found the screen positioned too high for the closeness off the seating. It would have been better if lower down. The catering was great based upon a free event. Staff were friendly. Positioning of the service areas could have been better located away from the service doors.

Your staff, as always, made us feel very welcome.
The room was very comfortable and we were pleased there was a heater provided.
We were a little disappointed that the dinner menu had changed as we were looking forward to the duck again. Never mind, the breakfast well and truly made up for it. I was pleased to see you now have a gluten-free section, for which I overheard a couple so very grateful for. I might not have noticed it as there was so much lovely food to choose from however the gentleman who welcomed us to breakfast was proud to point it out, so well done.
We are checking in again tomorrow and are looking forward to another memorable stay.response / report this review -

We had the best experience at the Novotel went to a Wedding on the 8.4.17 in a function centre at the Novotel Langley. Amazing Food, Friendly Staff and Highly recommend as we Enjoyed ourselves in the Function Centre with the Professional Care of the Staff and Also great Security very helpful Especially Imet Security Staff. They Catered to our needs and Reception area are very Friendly Too. Thank you To the Novotel Staff

This accommodation. As good as a business hotel is supposed to be. Lacks a swimming pool and a travel desk but the front desk was very versatile and helpful in planning our day. Would recommend it for people planning to spend most of their time outdoors.

My husband stayed here in January when he flew to Perth to be with his sister who took suddenly ill and died in hospital. The hotel and it seemed all staff were made aware of the situation and was incredibly supportive and caring during his stay. They provided an incredibly good rate despite him just arriving unannounced. Room and facilities were of a high standard. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who helped to make the situation more bearable for him. Your kindness and professionalism will be remembered

It is extremly well decked out. King size single bed, room with all you need and nice and spacious. They have spar, exercise equipment and sauna free for guests. The staff are ever so helpful and make you feel welcome. And brilliant food.
