Straightforward process to search, select and purchase through the Alphaweld website. Notification of dispatch was prompt, but Christmas looks like it may be slowing down the couriers a bit. The gloves I've ordered have had great reviews, so looking forward to using them. Have just picked up a TIG welder so will likely be looking for more goodies from them.

The great customer service with the huge amounts of stock, add in the easy to use online store with the free delivery service they offer, it’s a no brainer not to use Alphaweld. The whole team are very proactive and get back to you very fast with quotes and orders. I can’t fault them!

I have used Alpha Weld for years and they have always delivered My order promptly, I have even had the order within a couple of hours if the timing is right. their repairs service is much slower but with the delays in shipping this to be expected. It would be good if they could ramp up their repairs department so they can get on top of the repairs a bit quicker. Over all a Very good and friendly company and service .
