Friendly and exceptional helpful staff. Great location, very close to CBD and bus stations. Good cooking facility. A wash machine available. Definitely come back.Would recommend to friends.

Very convenient place, near city centre. You can walk to every major attraction if yiu like. Apartment itself is good.

For the value traveller like us, this hotel is a great launch pad for your vacation in Perth. There was washing machine, kettle, microwave, cooker (metal heater plates), bathtub etc in our room 802.
There is a direct bus 380 from Perth Airport T1 (takes 30min, AUD4.7) which stops 3min walk from the hotel.
To get around, there is a red CAT (free bus) stop at the road beside the hotel (1min walk).
It also takes just 10-15min to walk from the Perth train station, good for those nights when you get back on the train and no more buses. (We did a Fremantle day trip from 8am - 10pm)response / report this review -

Excellent service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you have luggage there is a lift from behind the gates.

Nice bed with crisp clean sheets, a very handy kitchen that gives you a bit of flexibility when you don't feel like going out. Great location very close to CBD. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple and good! Definitely going back!

Having had a long stay at this place, I can say it's a good option for the price. Good location and space. Could be cleaner (they didn't clean the bathroom's sink a single time during a 10 day stay) and the air con needs a chemical cleaning asap! Other than that, it's a good alternative for long stays.

Convenient place to get around. An apartment complete with cooking, washing facilities.
Good variety of Asian food and beverages outlets.
Ample choices of halal food. It would be good to do a short roam around the area and you are likely to find one halal food outlet.
Perth is a great place filled with historical buildings, aesthetically fused together and oozes with charms of its own. Each place reserves itself a history for its lot. A great job done by the people of Perth!response / report this review -

We stayed here for five nights & I think it's one of the best value for money places we've stayed. The room was a great size with everything you need, tv, fridge, microwave a cook top & stove, kettle & toaster.
The room was turned down daily & the staff at reception were friendly & helpful.
Also there was no water saving head on our shower, I know it's not great for the environment but it was fantastic for my soul. Like standing under a waterfall, paradise.
It did have a couple of little quirks but I'm not even going to mention them because for the price we paid for what we got & the location I can put up with a couple of little quirks.
We will definitely be staying here on our next trip & I hope it doesn't change a bit, quirks and allresponse / report this review -

Good location, was clean. Very friendly check-in staff. Room was a bit dated, the air con was noisy and something was making the oven trays rattle (maybe the air con unit behind the wall). It was good for the price
